Semi Private Personal Training
Semi Private Personal Training is also available within SBG Ireland HQ. The strength & conditioning program caters for all fitness levels from beginners to advanced in small group sessions (4-6 people maximum), taking place 2-3 times per week.
This program is coached by Sean Fitzpatrick and specialises in fat loss, reducing body fat, weight gain, muscle gain, body composition or athletic performance. Sean is also a qualified performance nutritionist and can offer guidance on the fundamentals of nutritional science along with a step by step process to implement improved understanding of energy balance, macronutrient, micronutrient as well as other nutrition systems with a structured program for all individual needs.

For those who cannot attend sessions in SBG Ireland HQ physically, we can offer the option of online training & nutrition programs. This option includes tailored workouts without equipment or with dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells from the individual’s home or outdoors. We can also provide an online strength & conditioning program to suit whichever gym you train in.
