SBG - training ground of the famous!
We are no stranger to sports pros and some very famous names pass through our doors. But an actor is a new one on us! Michael Sheehan's been a member of SBG Longmile Road ten months now and his fine physique as seen here can in some way be attributed to his dedication to training both in class and during his private coaching with Conor McGregor (and quite possibly his brilliant Dub accent!!)
Michaels character is leaving Fair City and Michael is quoted in this weeks RTE Guide as saying "I am very into mixed martial arts and I really want to devote myself to it. I spend so much of my spare time at the gym, I think I am going to move in there now"..........Well, you will be very welcome Michael!
